Job name: antibody R & D director
Educational requirements: Doctor degree or above

Job responsibilities:
1. be responsible for guiding and arranging antigen immunization, antibody hybridoma screening, and functional experiments,
2. record the experimental process, data and results clearly, completely and accurately;
3. be responsible for in vitro culture of immune cells, and experience in immune cell function analysis is preferred;
4. timely communicate problems in the work, put forward improvement suggestions, and participate in the improvement work;

Job requirements:
1. doctor degree or above; Major in cell biology, immunology, biotechnology and other life sciences;  
2. proficient in hybridoma technology and functional analysis;
3. master the knowledge and experimental skills of cell biology, and be familiar with cell biological detection technology, including flow cytometry;
4. have a solid theoretical foundation; Clear thinking, with certain development and innovation ability;
5. be able to independently design and carry out relevant research projects,
6. have strong English literature consulting ability;
7. be proactive, have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit; Working experience, leadership experience is preferred.
